Our principal valuer and business owner Richard Barnes has a wealth of international experience and has been providing professional services in Vanuatu since 2008. Independent Property Valuations is exactly that – we’re Independent. Not being linked to real estate or financial services agencies allows us to provide impartial knowledge and advice that is respected by banks, insurance agencies and both buyers and sellers. We provide service to any of the parties in a property transaction.
Our team has been carefully selected for their expertise and qualifications. Each valuer has a Valuation or Property Degree and we are all licensed and registered with the Valuer General. We deliver efficient timely service and offer fixed turnaround times for reports.
